Cube6.chat is a product offered by Cube6 Systems Inc., a company registered in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
2. Description of Service
Cube6.chat provides AI-powered chatbot software and website tools that help businesses generate leads, respond to customer inquiries, and automate scheduling and messaging. Features may include:
Custom AI chat widgets
Inventory search integration
Appointment booking tools
CRM and third-party platform integrations (e.g., Go High Level, Make.com)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business or organization to use Cube6.chat.
4. Account & Access
To access paid features, you must create an account or be invited to a Cube6-managed subaccount. You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Cube6.chat offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are listed in Canadian or U.S. dollars depending on your region.
Payment Terms: Fees are due in advance for the selected billing period.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Add-Ons: Features like Inventory AI integration, additional bots, or message bundles may be billed separately.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal or deceptive purposes
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
Upload or transmit malicious code
Misrepresent your identity or your chatbot’s nature
Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.
7. Intellectual Property
Cube6.chat and all associated software, trademarks, branding, and documentation are the property of Cube6 Systems Inc. You retain ownership of any content you input, such as chat scripts or customer data.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Cube6.chat may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, calendar tools, analytics). We are not responsible for the performance, privacy, or data handling of third-party services.
9. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Providers
Cube6.chat leverages AI infrastructure, including OpenAI, to power chatbot responses.
By using our Service, you understand and agree that:
User messages may be transmitted to OpenAI’s servers for processing.
The Cube6 team configures each client’s chatbot to minimize exposure of personal data.
You are responsible for informing your customers that chatbot interactions may involve AI-powered processing by third parties.
While Cube6 Systems Inc. takes reasonable steps to protect data, we do not control how third-party AI platforms store or process information. Refer to OpenAI’s Terms and Privacy Policy for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cube6 Systems Inc. shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party platform failures)
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 6 months.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email or on our website if significant changes are made. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
